We're hiring: Content & Social Media Specialist (Contract Role)
How To SaaS is a management consulting firm focused on helping SaaS companies thrive through marketing and demand generation. We’re looking for an experienced freelance content writer to support our internal marketing team and help us grow our social media presence.
If you have 2+ years of experience creating high-quality content at speed and helping to scale a business’s social media profile, we’d love to hear from you.
This role is:
- Full-time
- Contract — 3-month initial contract, with the potential to extend
- Remote
Who you need to be:
- You’re a strong writer and have produced a variety of content types for both B2B and B2C audiences. This should include blog posts, landing pages, one-pagers, whitepapers and templates.
- You’re a fast worker. We’re looking for someone who can produce a new content asset every day, without compromising on quality and attention to detail.
- You’ve worked on several business social media accounts. This should include writing and scheduling posts, engaging with the audience, and creating graphics.
- You’re bursting with creative ideas. You will be constantly devising new assets and posts that could engage our audiences and support our goals.
- You’re able to manage your time independently and can juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- You’re highly organized and detail-oriented.
- You adapt quickly when plans change, are happy to help out wherever you’re needed and thrive on working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- You can do some basic design work in Canva.
- It’s a big positive if you have previous experience writing content for:
- Marketing courses or communities
- SaaS or DaaS products
- Private equity or venture capital audiences
What you’ll be doing:
- Working closely with our CEO, Shiv Narayanan, as well as our VP of Marketing and Director of Product Marketing, to grow our social media presence and leverage it to support our product lines:
- Marketing strategy consulting services
- Inquisio marketing due diligence software
- C-Level Marketing Training Program
- Creating new content assets to be published every day, including ideation, writing and design.
- Engaging with our audiences on social platforms.
- Writing and publishing daily social posts across multiple platforms.
- Continually educating yourself about developments in social channels and suggesting ways to maximize the impact of our content.
